The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy and, for customer organisations, in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA): sub-processors (notably Gladia for transcription, Groq as backup, Google and OpenRouter for summaries), written recording announcement posted by the bot in the meeting chat, export and automatic upload of Word summaries to the customer's SharePoint.
