Scribe

Accessibility statement

Documentation reviewed on 26 October 2026.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy or dispute, the French version prevails.

This statement covers Scribe’s public pages and signed-in workspace. Perystyl aims to make the service accessible to people with disabilities.

Conformance status

Full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance has not been established. No complete criterion-by-criterion audit or conformance percentage is available.

Assessment and limitations

The previous statement described an automated self-assessment of public pages on 30 September 2026. The 26 October review covers code and local tests; it is not a new browser assessment or external audit.

Automated checks do not replace testing with keyboards, screen readers and people with disabilities.

Corrections present in the code

  • Sign-in and recording fields have associated labels; recording icon buttons have accessible names.
  • The recording dialog manages focus and Escape; file import can be operated with a keyboard.
  • The list’s Retry button is separate from the meeting link.

Checks still required

Manual assessment of recording, reports, menus, sharing and settings; light/dark contrast and mobile layout; accessibility of PDF and Markdown exports and emails; meeting platforms and bot behaviour.

Report a difficulty

Describe the page and difficulty without sending confidential content. We will review the issue and an accessible alternative. Contact: support@scribeapp.eu.

Further recourse

If the response is unsatisfactory, contact the competent authority in your country of residence. In France: French Defender of Rights.
